Bonnie Medlin, Owner & Dance Instructor
Bonnie graduated from Chowan University in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration. Bonnie began dance at the age of 5 at Given's Dance Studio and continued with it for 15 years under the instruction of Janice Given. She continued dance as she entered college as captain of the dance team her freshman year. Along with the dance team, Bonnie did choreography for several pageants at Chowan and for several solos of her classmates and peers. She has choreographed many dances for contestants performing in Junior Miss, Chowan's Womanless Fashion Show, Chowan's Praise Team, and senior solos.
Bonnie was an assistant dance instructor for 8 years and knew it was time to pursue her own dream of dance. She has studied tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, pointe, clogging, hip-hop, jazz, gymnastics, cheer, line dancing, and praise/worship. Bonnie is eager to share her love of dance with you and have you as a part of her studio family.
